Refund Policy

Orders cannot be canceled after the shipping label is created. Preorder items cannot be canceled since the funds are used to produce the products ordered. A chargeback on a preorder will result in the cancellation of the order and any future orders made.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you were sent the wrong item, please contact us to evaluate and resolve the issue.

Under the event the chargeback is false (ex., opening an unauthorized purchase dispute after receiving or shipping products when the order was purposely made) will result in shipped orders being rerouted back to us, the order canceled, and any future orders subject to cancelation. If you believe an order was placed with us without your permission, please contact us to cancel and refund you, as chargebacks take fees every time. 

Refunds
Because all work is handmade or created by L.A. Draws, there are no refunds after purchase unless it applies to one of the above issues.
