Refund Policy

Orders cannot be canceled after the shipping label is created. Preorder items cannot be canceled since the funds are used to produce the products ordered. A chargeback on a preorder will result in cancellation of order and any future orders made.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you were sent the wrong item, please contact us so that the issue can be evaluated and resolved.

Under the events the chargeback is false (ex. opening unauthorized purchase dispute after received or shipping products when order was purposely made) will result in shipped orders being rerouted back to us, the order canceled, and having any future orders subject to cancelation. If you believe an order was placed with us without your permission, please contact us to cancel and refund you as chargebacks take fees every time.
